A fine powder form of Blue Pigment colour.  This is a pigment colour that will not bleed and is suitable for opaque melt and pour bases and cold process soaps.

Disperse it first in a carrier oil and make sure it is mixed in well before adding to your recipe.  It is not water soluble.

We would not recommend using this in bath bombs.

As with any colour we would recommend testing first to get the desired results.

Please be careful with this powder as it is very fine and can get everywhere.
