DPD will contact you via email and text advising of the delivery schedule - reschedule or track your delivery at this point.

When the order has been despatched you will receive an email with the courier tracking number.

DPD enable you to

  • change your delivery address
  • leave with a neighbour
  • send to a pick up shop (you must have ID when collecting)

DPD also have a mobile appwhere you can get even more information about your delivery.You can even load up a photo of your house to help the driver.

Yes we do.

Simply ensure that when you enter your BFPO postal address and we will send it to the BFPO depot in the UK.  After that the BFPO service will send the parcel on to you - be aware that  we have no control over this part of the delivery.

DPD will make one delivery attempt.  If you are not at home and there has been no instructions to leave safe or with a neighbour, the parcel will be taken to the nearest DPD pickup shop.  You will then be able to collect it at your convenience.

If your parcel is returned as unable to deliver we will only refund the cost of the goods.

The simple answer is yes and we do have a 30-day returns policy if you do wish to send an unused/unopened item back.  We do not accept returns of fragrance oils so please consider buying a smaller size if this is new for you.

Returning goods within 14 days

By law, all customers in the EU have a 14 working day cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract. The 14 days start from the day after the goods were delivered. To cancel the whole order within this time, please notify us in writing at with  the cancellation details including the order number and then return the goods to us.

Where there has been no error on our part with the original order, as soon as we have received the returned goods, we will issue you with a refund for the cost of the goods and the cost of the outgoing delivery charge that you paid. We do not refund the cost of returning the goods to us. We may be able to arrange the courier to collect an item if it is heavy but the cost of this will be deducted from the overall refund.

If you have paid for Express/Saturday service, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

If you cancel only part of your order, we will not refund any outgoing delivery costs.

Returning goods after 14 days

After the 14-day period you are still able to return goods to us up to 30 days after delivery. Where there has been no error on our part, we will only refund the cost of the goods. We will not refund any delivery/return costs in connection with the purchase.

In all cases, all goods must be in unused condition with packaging intact. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of fragrances or colours that have been opened so if you are unsure of a fragrance we suggest buying the smallest size.

A faulty item?

If you consider the item to be faulty,  please contact us so that we can arrange either a replacement or a refund. Please include as much information, and photographs if possible to help us.

Please contact us as soon as possible and within two working days of delivery and send us a photo of the damage. We can then either arrange to collect the damaged goods and/or organise a replacement. It is extremely important to keep any damaged goods with the original packaging as they will have to be returned to us in this state.

We would ask that you contact us about damage within 48 hours of receiving your goods so that we can investigate.  Please do not wait several weeks to tell us of a problem as it will be too late and we will be unable to do anything.
