CPNP - the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal

Now that the UK has left the EU the requirements for the CPNP have changed.

GB businesses no longer have access to the EU CPNP.

If you are selling in Great Britain you  will have to enter cosmetic products on the new UK Government portal - the SCPN.

If you are continuing to sell in Northern Ireland and/or the EU you will need an established address or a formal relationshiop with a Responsible Person in Northern Ireland or the EU and you must still add your products on the EU CPNP.

Your local Trading Standards team will be able to provide or help with the regulatory changes for your business.
