Liquid Pigment Colours

Pigments Colours are best suited to Opaque soap base as they may produce a speckled effect in Clear soap base. This is due to the small particles of colour that do not dissolve in the soap base.  

We have experimented with using Pigment Colours in Clear soap base and found the only way to get the colour to dissolve fully was to dilute the Pigment Colour base even further with water and to shake and shake and shake.

Pigment Colours are non bleeding, great for when two colours need to be next to each other, popular for creating a layered effect.

Shake the bottle before use and if necessary dilute further with deionised water.

We would always recommend testing a small amount with your formulation before starting any large scale production.
